The INTASEA has a hull shape that results in a moderately fast kayak. It also tracks well with very good initial stability. The INTASEA has a great surface finish both inside and out and is fitted with large oval hatches front and rear and a day hatch to the rear and right of the paddler. The seat position is adjustable, as is the position of the footrests and integral rudder bar. The rudder slides into position under the influence of bungee cord and is easily cleated in the raised position. With a keyhole cockpit, the entry and exit of the INTASEA is a breeze.
