The CONTOUR 480 is a sea kayak for the paddler who wants a very comfortable boat to paddle protected waters such as estuaries and bays and does not expect to encounter severe open water weather conditions. The 60cm hull width and gently curved hull give the CONTOUR 480 very good stability and with the very comfortable seat offer the paddler a relaxed and reassuring ride. The finish and fit-out of the CONTOUR 480 are exceptional and the rear deck moulding provides extra protection for the rudder when it is not in use. The CONTOUR 480 has provision for it to be securely moored or locked to your car by using the “Top Dawg” cleat on the deck. There is plenty of bungy cord on the deck for those items that just won't fit in the hatches or that you want within arm's reach.
